The Role
Associate Scientific Director to join the medical communications team based in Cheshire:
1. Provide scientific project leadership and direction across multiple workstreams including a large publications account
2. Therapy areas likely to include Haematology, Rare Diseases, Immunology and Oncology.
3. Apply strategic thinking to build trusting and influential client relationships.
4. Mentor, coach and review the work of medical writers to ensure accuracy and quality
5. Produce clear and creative scientific products
You
Likely to be a Senior or Principal Medical Writer with scientific project leadership experience from a Medical Communications agency:
6. Solid knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, specifically medical affairs
7. Experience developing/mentoring/coaching of junior colleagues and reviewing their work for quality and integrity
8. Comfortable having strategic conversations with clients and generating organic account growth.
9. Keen to build on your experience providing scientific direction to projects
