Cotswold Cheltenham is looking for a Service Administrator. Your role Preparing paperwork for handover packs. Providing estimates for online/telephone enquiries from the call centre and providing support for service advisors/call centre. Assist the team with the preparation of New and Used BMW and MINI vehicles. Complete swift authorisation and completion of all mechanical and SMART repairs as well as support with warranty repair administration. To complete customer/internal estimates with accurate flat rates and prices. To raise job cards and check vehicles for recalls, technical campaigns and review indicators. Ensure all jobs are costed accurately and internal invoices raised in a timely manner. Provide estimates for online/telephone enquiries. Have the ability to multi task and change to situations and follow processes. Any other duties as agreed with the Service Admin Manager from time to time. Working Hours: 41.25 Hours a week, with 1 in every 4 Saturdays. Your profile Will have previous experience in an office environment, be able to work in a fast-paced work place. Be able to demonstrate computer literacy and high organisational skills as well as exceptional attention to detail.
