Our client is seeking to recruit an experienced Site Manager for holiday cover on their residential development in Boston The cover is for 4 days commencing on Tuesday 3rd December. The successful applicant must have excellent management skills, with a thorough knowledge of both traditional and timber frame construction combined with a comprehensive health and safety understanding. You will have a track record of effectively managing (or assisting with the management of) residential developments, and producing high quality new homes on programme, and to meet the needs of our valued customers. You will possess current relevant health & safety and site management qualifications (although our client is always prepared to improve the skills and qualifications of all their employees). The company continues to grow in a planned and sustainable way, and we are looking to appoint an experienced, driven and ambitious Site Manager to help them deliver their expansion plans, and meet customer expectations.
