Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Credit Operations, you will be fundamental in supporting all origination channels to help the business achieve its goals. The sales support role is integral as it carries a proposal from acceptance stage all the way through to payout.
Based in the core operational hub in Chester, you will be an integral part of the Support team, which is collectively responsible for streamlining opportunities for Funding Operations processes.
Description of Role & Key Responsibilities
1. Production of all finance documentation for own book and external funder deals.
2. Processing external funder documentation received by post or email and submitting to funder for pay-out.
3. Liaising with external funders & brokers to facilitate the full lending journey through to the pay-out process.
4. Completion of forensic sense checks and file checks of Supporting Information uploaded to File store.
5. Reviewing and assessing submitted documentation to meet credit conditions.
6. Satisfying information checks in line with AML policy.
7. Ensuring that contracts and supporting information are adequately signed in line with legislation.
8. Raising of Supplier Invoice Requests, checking in of supplier invoices, and liaising with suppliers for outstanding invoices.
9. Processing signed WOUK documentation for pay-out.
10. EDI checking and matching on Leasesoft.
11. Loading all deals onto Leasesoft, ensuring accuracy of information.
12. Activating deals and signing finance documentation.
13. Actioning supplier, broker, and referrer approval requests, completing all relevant searches and escalating to relevant teams if required.
14. Archiving of all hard copy documents.
15. Management of documents with a focus on maintaining compliance with the document holding periods.
16. Ensuring documents are electronically provided to the treasury assistant for funding processes.
17. Completing delivery checks as and when required.
18. Demonstrating a complete commitment to delivering excellent customer service to the stakeholders.
19. Conducting yourself professionally at all times and communicating in an acceptable manner to all stakeholders (both internal and external).
20. Ensuring accuracy of information across systems.
21. Any other request deemed reasonable from your line manager.
