Clients & Markets Senior Executive - About The Role Key Responsibilities: Identify Market Opportunities: Spot new business opportunities and develop campaigns that foster growth, while introducing collaborations to attract new clients. Lead & Quote Management: Oversee the entire lead and quote process, ensuring the creation of top-quality proposals and presentations. Advisory Support: Provide guidance to fee earners on lead generation, pipeline management, and best practices to secure new business opportunities. Networking & Relationship Building: Build and maintain a network of key connections who can refer business or collaborate with the firm. Client Representation: Represent the firm at external meetings, networking events, and within the DFK marketing group. Business Development Reporting: Produce engaging and informative agendas and reports for business development meetings. Social Media & Content Management: Curate and post regular updates on social media to enhance the firm’s presence. Client Enquiry Management: Efficiently manage incoming client inquiries, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate division lead and followed up in a timely manner. Onboarding Support: Facilitate Business Development induction meetings for new starters. The successful Clients & Markets Senior Executive will have/be: CIM qualification (or a desire to work towards one). Strong GCSE-level English and Maths (or equivalent). At least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Ideally you will have experience in pipeline management, business development and CRM systems, market research and lead generation. Detail-oriented, numerate and excellent analytical skills. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Creative, outgoing, and confident with a strong ability to build relationships. Self-motivated, able to manage multiple tasks, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Hold a full driving licence (travel to other offices required).
