Application Process
To apply for this role, you must submit your CV and a covering letter, outlining your interest in, and suitability for the role, to jobs@operamacademy.com. The letter must include details of your past 3 years sales performance and attainment figures. Please do not just hit apply on LinkedIn.
When the job posting closes, a longlist of potential candidates will be invited to introduce themselves to the Operam Academy Head of Business Growth in a 15-minute conversation, during which you will be asked some administrative questions, and you will be able to ask any questions you may have.
A shortlist of potential candidates will then be called back for interview, where you will be asked a series of competency-based questions and required to deliver a short (pre-prepared) presentation and field questions on the topic. Details will be provided prior to the interview.
If no further call backs are needed, then the successful candidate will be made an offer.
