This is a permanent full-time position, with flexibility to work from home. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives. Lead and mentor the HR and Talent team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the selection of high-calibre candidates. Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and engagement initiatives. Drive learning and development programs to enhance employee growth and satisfaction. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, acting as a trusted advisor on HR policies. Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to guide decision-making and improve organisational effectiveness. Support change management initiatives, contributing to a positive and adaptive workplace environment. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally within an SME. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Demonstrated success in driving talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies. CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
