Within the role of Customer Service Centre Agent, you will provide quality support, advice and guidance to both internal and external customers. Your contributions will help improve road safety, uphold environmental standards, and reduce vehicle crime by ensuring accurate and efficient handling of customer queries and applications.
We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team, providing essential support to frontline testing staff. You will process applications related to Vehicle Testing and Specialist Schemes, support telephony colleagues with specific queries, and collaborate with technical officers to ensure compliance with legislation and processes. This will involve investigating specific queries, understanding issues and customers needs, and providing effective solutions. You will also be responsible for completing admin tasks, ensuring customers information is recorded accurately, and utilising information resources to support customer service.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Ensuring good relations and communications with all members of the team and responding politely and in a timely fashion to internal and external customers
* Supporting frontline staff and collaborating with technical officers to support legislation and processes
* Processing applications relating to Vehicle Testing and Specialist Schemes
* Delivering a consistent and productive service to both internal and external customers
* Using judgement to action DVSA/customer requirements in line with current procedures and practices
