About the Role In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain GIS-based applications that enhance property data analysis and visualisation. You’ll be working closely with our product team to create seamless mapping features and ensure they integrate smoothly into our core systems. As part of your responsibilities, you will maintain spatial databases to ensure data accuracy and performance, gather and process geographical data from various sources, and develop custom scripts to automate GIS workflows. You will also troubleshoot and enhance existing GIS tools, ensuring that our products leverage the most advanced technologies available. About You A Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, or a related field would be advantageous. Ideally, you will have experience working with GIS technologies like FME Flow, FME Form, QGIS, and PostGIS. We value problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. If you have a passion for learning, a proactive approach to solving challenges, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you. While experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure), Great Britain Spatial Data sources, or PropTech is not essential, it would be an added advantage. Additionally, any front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript frameworks like React is a bonus.
