As an Online Shop Assistant, you will be part of our exciting e-commerce journey during a time of growth!
Based at our Retail Hub in Hartlebury, this role is full of variety and offers the chance to get involved in every step of our online sales process. You’ll be identifying stock to sell on platforms like eBay, checking deliveries, and assessing items to find their perfect online home. From researching and pricing items to creating eye-catching listings and photographing products, your work will help us showcase the best of what we have to offer.
You’ll also play a key role in picking and packing items for distribution, ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly and efficiently. Additionally, you’ll handle some of the daily admin and customer service tasks that keep everything running smoothly.
This is a zero-hours contract, meaning your hours will vary based on the shop’s needs. We’re committed to paying the Real Living Wage, which is currently £12 per hour. For this role, the total hourly rate is £13.45, including additional elements like holiday pay.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
* Good communication and numeracy skills
* Experience of working towards targets
* IT literate with MS Office and web-based databases and platforms
* Experience of selling online through Shop Portals – eBay, Depop, Etsy
Desirable Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
* Experience of working within retail
* Customer service experience
* Experience of working within the charity sector
