**About the Role:**
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team and support the development of a Quality Assurance Board and Framework for Adult Social Care operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Adult Social Care and a proven track record of improving quality and reducing risk.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a Quality Assurance Board and Framework that will promote excellence in all aspects of our work. You will also provide intelligence and performance data on the effectiveness of ASC Operational practice and ensure the quality of practice through regular monitoring and evaluation.
