We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to join a well-established, employee-owned food business. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience, preferably within FMCG, who is looking for a stable and rewarding position.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day administration of retail and food service accounts
Managing contract balances and stock levels
Preparing weekly sales reports and analysis
Coordinating with Procurement and Operations on lead times and forecasting
Supporting customer tenders with detailed administrative tasks
Handling benchmarking and sampling requests
Assisting with new product launches
Conducting market research and store visits
Completing new line forms and preparing commercial presentations
Ideal Candidate:
1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in FMCG
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude
Comfortable working in a structured, support-focused role
Benefits:
£30k - £38k basic salary
