The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. This key leadership role involves providing cash flow forecasting, leading the annual budget process, and formulating financial targets and budgets in line with the Board's strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for all financial transactions, accountancy matters, and management reporting, including the presentation of financial reports and analyses. Additionally, the CFO will oversee audits, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide commercial and financial insight to support the Leadership Team and the Board.
