Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity to join our rapidly growing commercial team here at Teya. You will be responsible for the following:
1. Customer Identification - Proactively identify potential customers within your defined territory through cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
2. Building Relationships - Engage with existing and potential customers in-person to understand their challenges, establish rapport, and build trust to create a positive customer experience.
3. Closing Sales - Use effective sales strategies to win new business and hit your targets.
4. Product Knowledge - Be an expert in all things Teya and have a deep understanding of our products (training will be provided).
5. Market Feedback - Collaborate with the wider business by providing insights and feedback from the field to help us improve our offerings.
6. Brand Representation - Represent Teya and serve as the go-to person in your territory, embodying our values and vision.
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
Your mission is to close a high volume of deals while creating lasting partnerships and supporting customer satisfaction and success by understanding their needs. We’re looking for candidates with the following attributes:
* Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role
* Effective time management and organizational skills
* A proactive self-starter with a desire to excel
* Great team player
* Strong resilience and ability to overcome objections
* A desire to learn and develop
* Fluency in English
* A full UK Driver's license
Additional Information
What can we offer you?
* On top of your basic salary, earn commission with typical on-target earnings of £40,000-£50,000 in your first year
