Description Lead Generation Specialist We are looking for a skilled Lead Generation Specialist to support our international marketing teams and drive impactful lead generation and nurturing campaigns. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and operational excellence to support regional marketing teams and ensure seamless campaign execution. About the Role As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will take charge of executing campaigns in Pardot and Salesforce CRM (SFDC), ensuring system-wide data accuracy, quality, and enrichment. You will ensure that workflows and automation run smoothly and effectively. Additionally, you will manage advertising campaigns in collaboration with regional marketers and vendors to drive lead acquisition and engagement. Key Responsibilities Campaign Creation & Management : Build and manage email campaigns, forms, lists, and workflows in Pardot, including Engagement Studio. Oversee media and social media campaigns in collaboration with regional marketing teams and external vendors to amplify lead generation efforts. You will establish and standardise the campaign management process to be adopted across the marketing team, ensuring consistency and efficiency in implementation. CRM & Data Management : Ensure Salesforce CRM data is maintained, enriched, and aligned with campaign requirements. Monitor data quality to optimise segmentation and reporting. Lead Generation Strategy : Develop and implement strategies to attract, nurture, and convert leads across multiple channels. Leverage data insights to refine tactics and improve campaign performance. Collaboration : Work closely with regional marketers to align campaigns with business goals. Partner with vendors to execute paid media and social strategies effectively. Collaborate with the US and International Commercial Excellence teams to integrate marketing and sales processes Requirements Proven expertise in Pardot (campaign creation, Engagement Studio) and Salesforce CRM. Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies and nurturing techniques. Experience managing media and social media campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage data quality and enrichment processes. Analytical mindset with a focus on using metrics to drive decisions.
