Job Title: Process Simplification & Automation Architect\nLocation: Windsor, Onsite 2 times per month\nRemuneration: Daily rate up to £750\nContract Details: Fixed Term Contract (9 months)\n\nJoin an innovative organisation in the Utilities sector that is committed to transforming their processes and driving efficiency through technology!\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nStakeholder Collaboration:\n\nWork closely with stakeholders across the organisation to define and agree on strategies for process simplification and efficiency improvements.\nBuild robust relationships with senior stakeholders, leading the charge in business change and innovation.\nDevelop key roadmaps and business capabilities to facilitate informed decision-making.\nIdentify potential risks in architectural decisions and influence business change programmes to align with global strategies. \n\nRoadmap Development and Execution:\n\nCollaborate with Engineering & Automation teams to create and execute a roadmap for process simplification and efficiency enhancements.\nProvide strategic tech guidance, ensuring solutions align with group strategies.\nDevelop Technology Roadmaps across multiple domains and work with suppliers to set the technology direction.\nDrive relationships with strategic partners to ensure standard alignment and support the wider architecture community. \n\nDelivery:\n\nDesign and implement automation roadmaps for back-office processes, prioritising based on business value.\nEnsure secure data processing and adherence to existing policies and standards.
\n\nInnovation and Emerging Technologies:\n\nStay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities for adoption.\nEvaluate new technologies' feasibility and potential impact on the organisation.\nProvide thought leadership for technology adoption, driving innovation within the organisation.\nContribute to the Innovation Community of Practise by sharing Business Unit opportunities and developing architectural patterns for innovative ideas. \n\nGovernance and Compliance:\n\nEnsure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and security policies.\nRefine and enforce architectural governance processes to maintain consistency across projects and platforms. \n\nThis is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.
