My client, a highly ranked Legal 100 firm is seeking an Associate level employment lawyer to join its thriving tier 1 ranked team.

What you’ll be doing:
* Handling a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters
* Representing clients in complex and high-profile employment disputes
* Advising on disciplinary actions, grievances, redundancies and discrimination
* Drafting employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements
* Supporting corporate teams with employment law aspects of M&A and business restructures

What You’ll Need:
* Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with at least 3 years' PQE
* Solid employment tribunal experience
* Strong advisory skills across grievances, redundancies, discrimination and data protection
* Corporate support experience is a plus
