Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various vehicle issues, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality workmanship.
Duties:
1. Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements.
2. Diagnose and repair vehicle systems such as engines, transmissions, brakes, and steering.
3. Use schematics to identify electrical components and troubleshoot wiring issues.
4. Assemble, disassemble, and maintain vehicle parts.
5. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance to customers.
6. Utilize power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment effectively.
7. Demonstrate mechanical knowledge to efficiently repair vehicles.
8. Conduct equipment repair and maintenance as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic or similar role.
2. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with automotive repair.
3. Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment.
4. Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to read schematics.
5. Customer service skills to interact effectively with clients.
