Position Overview: As a PPC Specialist at Verge, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimising PPC campaigns for our clients. Reporting directly to the Head of Digital, you will be responsible for implementing effective advertising strategies, analysing performance metrics, and ensuring the success of our search and display campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Manage client accounts, focusing on PPC and display campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Develop, implement, and optimise PPC strategies to achieve client goals, including increasing traffic, generating leads, and driving conversions. Work cross-functionally with wider teams to create exceptional ad copy and optimised targeting through relevant search terms and audience segmentation. Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to enhance campaign performance. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to clients and internal teams. Collaborate with wider teams to ensure integrated strategies and alignment of goals. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve campaign performance. Manage paid media campaigns effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximise ROI. Additional related duties as required. Qualifications: 3 to 5 years of experience in PPC account management, with a strong focus on Google Ads. Solid understanding of SEO principles and how they integrate with PPC strategies. Experience creating and managing ads on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn is a plus. Charity/non-profit sector experience is a plus. Google Ads certification and other relevant industry certifications (e.g., Bing Ads, Facebook Blueprint) desirable. Proficiency in analytics tools and reporting software to track and measure campaign performance. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. Excellent communication and client management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Salary: Competitive salary based on experience. Why Join Verge?
