With views of the shimmering coastline, guests have the choice to dine in Art Deco glamour in their two AA-rosette restaurant, al fresco on the terrace, relaxed beachside dining or a meal delivered to their room. All menus are inspired by season and locality, created with passion and served with a smile. As Head Pastry Chef you will have creative control in the pastry station of the kitchen, and will develop a flavoursome menu, that will compliment and enhance the experience of an afternoon tea, cream tea and dessert offerings. Assist the kitchen team in ensuring a smooth and efficient service, supporting the Head Chef and fellow Sous Chefs. Ensure the adherence of food hygiene and preparation within your brigade. Create a menu which represent ingredients that are fresh and locally sourced. Previous pastry experience in a similar environment with a good track record - at CDP level (as a minimum).
