DUTY MANAGER-GL12 My client is a boutique family-owned hotel in the GL12 area, who are looking for a n ew passionate and dedicated Duty Manager to join their team on the F&B focused side of the hotel. 46 bedrooms 8 conference rooms with facilities for up to 200 delegates brasserie restaurant and lounge bar £ 6 0 p/w live in The Duty Manager main duties include Supervise restaurant, bar, or café activities, ensuring high service standards and smooth operations. Address guest inquiries and complaints related to F&B, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage costs to stay within budget. Maintain health and safety standards in all F&B areas, including sanitation and hygiene. Recruit, train, and schedule F&B staff, providing ongoing support and performance feedback.
