We are recruiting for an experienced Full Time General Manager to join us on our exciting new venture.
Elmexicana quick service restaurant will be opening in STACK Lincoln at the end of November.
The successful candidate will manage the store on a day to day basis with the support of a Deputy Manager covering days off.
£33,000 - £37,000 per year plus bonus scheme.
Full training will be provided. In this instance, the training will take place at our Peterborough branch so that the candidate is experienced by launch day.

The General Manager will manage a team of 5-8 staff and be responsible for the sales and profitability of the quick service restaurant.
The General Manager will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer service and ensuring we provide a fun, lively, friendly, and welcoming environment for both staff and customers.
We are looking for a charismatic people manager with experience in managing a team in a customer-facing Retail or Fast Service restaurant environment.
Full product knowledge training will be provided.
El Mexicana makes full use of sophisticated management tools which simplify the job, enabling the General Manager to 'lead from the front'.
Central stock ordering and delivered on our own vans.
Online platforms for:
* Staff management and rotas
* Staff Training
* Stock taking
* Financial Reporting
We expect the successful General Manager to spend most of their working day alongside the team on the counter, demonstrating excellent customer service and coaching their team.
This is not a desk job; minimal admin work is required.
We are a national brand with other restaurants throughout the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
* Must be ‘hands on’ leading from the front and prepared to work 75% of the time directly serving customers on the counter and leading the team by example.
* Ensuring high standards of customer service are always maintained.
* Working to ensure standards of hygiene are always maintained, and that the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations.
* People management: Training and developing new and existing staff, motivating, and encouraging staff to achieve targets, coordinating staff scheduling and rotas.
Must be flexible and must work some evening and weekend shifts.
