Successful candidates will have: a minimum of 1 years' experience of working within a fast-paced customer-lead QSR, restaurant or other area of the hospitality sector; flexibility with your working hours as our stores are predominantly busy in the evenings and on weekends; excellent people skills including the ability to give clear instructions; good written and verbal communication; high levels of problem-solving, initiative and self-motivation; a willingness to learn and a drive to succeed; passion for providing excellent customer service; and the ability to work as part of a team. Managerial experience is preferred yet not essential, we will support you to learn the skills and build the confidence you need to grow. Duties and responsibilities will include: interacting with patrons regularly and offering great customer service; handling payments; maintaining a high standard of food safety; cost control (food, labour); reliable stock management; consistent high levels of attendance and punctuality; and managing an effective and efficient team.
