What will your day look like?
Invoice management: including processing and reconciliation.
Credit control: ensuring timely payments and managing outstanding debts.
Financial reporting: collating and delivering financial reports for the Directors and Senior Management Team on a monthly basis.
Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management.
Bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
VAT returns: preparing and submitting VAT returns, staying up to date on relevant tax regulations.
Supplier relations: processing purchase ledger invoices and managing supplier payments.
Cash flow monitoring: reporting on the financial health and advising on improvements.
Supporting Payroll: handling queries and acting as a liaison to ensuring all information is accurate.
Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, including auditors and suppliers.
Supporting the Management Accountant and wider finance function.
