The Learning and Development Specialist (GxP) will be responsible for supporting the efficient management of the Learning & Development Program across all sites within the Almac Pharma Services Business. The post holder will support the governance of the Learning & Development processes and be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the LMS systems utilised. They will champion a learning culture within the business and act as a point of contact within the business for all activities within the Learning & Development Program. In the role, they will promote a culture of learning across this group, by creating learning environments where employees can continuously develop and thrive. Key Requirements: Essential Criteria BSc (Hons) or equivalent in a teaching or learning course or significant experience in a similar role in lieu of qualification Demonstrable experience in working in a Learning & Development role within the Pharmaceutical Industry Previous experience in delivering training within an organisation Working knowledge of UK, EU and US pharmaceutical legislation. Experience in the use of an electronic Learning Management System Desirable Criteria (The following criteria may be applied if a large pool of applicants exist) Qualification in Training delivery Demonstrable experience in working in a Learning & Development role within another industry.
