Pastoral and Behaviour Mentor

As a Mentor, you will support students facing barriers to learning, particularly in behaviour and attendance. Your role involves promoting high standards, effective mentoring, and positive behaviour management. You will work closely with school staff, implementing intervention strategies and behaviour plans.
Responsibilities include leading a behaviour facility, developing intervention strategies, creating behaviour plans & responding to incidents, and collaborating with staff to achieve positive outcomes You'll work one-on-one with students to help them achieve their goals. Partnering with staff and external agencies, you'll engage families and maintain accurate records for proactive intervention. You'll also assist in managing internally suspended students and removing barriers to learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
