Opportunity: Their friendly and collaborative bid team now requires a Bid Co-ordinator to join the work winning and commercial team within their Property Services division, bidding for construction related projects across schools, education, hospitals with bids ranging in size from £50k up to £10m as well as framework submissions. To summarise, they are seeking a talented and motivated Bid Co-ordinator to join the team and play a key role in securing new business opportunities. Your role will include but wont be limited to: Manage a shared mailbox and identify opportunities for bid submissions Research potential projects and customers Develop bid winning strategies Conduct research and brainstorm key points to include in the bid Question analysis, writing and editing proposals and supporting documentation (eg case studies, CVS’s) Prepare and maintain the bid deliverables schedule, monitor tasks and deadlines Remuneration: Basic salary negotiable depending on experience) Hybrid working arrangement 25 days annual leave Healthcare scheme Pension scheme Support with career development
