Key Responsibilities:
Support the daily care and development of children, ensuring their well-being and safety.
Help plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning and social development.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Assist with feeding, changing, and general care routines as required.
Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment.
Observe and record children's progress and development.
Promote equal opportunities and inclusion for all children.Key Requirements:
Passion for working with young children and a genuine interest in their development.
Previous experience in a childcare setting is preferred but not essential.
A positive, patient, and caring approach to working with children.
A willingness to learn and develop your skills in line with early years best practices.
A relevant childcare qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 in Childcare) would be an advantage but not required.
