What the Information Technology Department does at Worldwide
The IT department is made up of seasoned professionals united in one common goal: to keep Worldwide’s technical infrastructure operating at the highest levels for our employees and our customers. We are a global team comprised of numerous professionals including cyber security, artificial intelligence, IT helpdesk, application support, and more.
What you will do
1. Load Operating systems to Worldwide laptops using SCCM and other alternative tools
2. Maintain an accurate register of hardware and software assets both in stock and in use by Worldwide employees
3. Ensure that all equipment is correctly identified and tagged
4. Stay up-to-date with hardware and software changes that could impact the systems and their operation by Worldwide employees
5. Ship IT equipment to remote users and track shipments
6. Troubleshoot computer problems, and implement appropriate action/solutions
7. Support, examine, and repair computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals
8. Coordinate hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors
9. Follow up processes and procedures setup within the IT Support Department
10. Answer the helpdesk emails received from users
11. Help Worldwide employees set-up their equipment and troubleshoot any issues
12. Follow up on incidents and user requests and closure within SLA timeframes
13. Complete form processing/data entry in a timely and accurate manner
What you will bring to the role
1. Attention to detail is a must
2. Experience with setup, diagnostic and troubleshooting of laptops, workstations, printers, scanners, copiers, etc.
3. Ghosting & synchronization software an advantage
4. Microsoft operating systems (MS Office 365) and other software applications such as antivirus, remote support tools, Adobe, etc.
5. Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange
6. Excellent interpersonal skills
Your experience
1. Excellent command of written/oral English (technical)
2. 1 to 3+ years technical experience including extensive customer service experience
3. Excellent analytical and consultative/customer service skills
