What we offer:
We offer transparent, positive, and open working environments that foster inclusive working cultures and encourage creativity and an engaging mind-set. We want all our employees to have an excellent work-life balance and employee wellbeing is very important to us.
Nacro is committed to supporting employees to balance the demands of personal and work responsibilities at times of urgent and unforeseen circumstance through the provision of various types of leave. We offer a discretionary 10 days of special leave for dependent, or bereavement leave. We have an excellent benefits package which includes a 25 days per year (plus public holidays) annual leave entitlement, with an additional day added each year, increasing to 30 days (plus 8 public holidays) after 5 years’ service. If you want to work as part of a dynamic supportive team who delivers results for the people we support every day, Nacro could be the place for you.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior People Services Coordinator candidate to take on a new and rewarding challenge.
We are Nacro and we won’t stop until everyone has a fair chance at a positive future.
The people we work with are at a point of change. Many have struggled; growing up in care; facing homelessness; failed by the education system or caught up in the tide of the criminal justice system. The challenges we face shape who we are, but our past shouldn’t dictate our future. We believe that everyone deserves a good education, a safe and secure place to live, a chance to be heard, and the chance to start again, with support from someone on their side.
