Role: Sales Support Administrator
Location: Weybridge
Terms: Full time, permanent, office based
Working within the Downstream Service Delivery Team the Administrator will be responsible for all support activities for the Retail Dealer Business Managers. This is a wide-ranging role that covers various aspects associated with providing operational and administrative support across all aspects of the business. Role requires someone with a strong proficiency in Excel.
Main Responsibilities:
* CRM management
* Monitor and report on sales activities using excel
* Together with the Retail Dealer Business Managers, build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers
* General customer communications
* Prepare customer offer letters
* Provide support for merchant services
* Compile contracts
* Customer account setup and maintenance
* Liaise with suppliers
* Regular and ad hoc administration and reporting as required
* Support marketing and branding activities
Required Skills/Experience:
* Experience within a Retail support role, preferably within Oil & Gas.
* Excel skills including pivot tables and v-look up
* Strong Analytical Skills
* Data Driven and detail oriented
* Organised and able to work on own initiative in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication, both written and verbal.
