Role: HR Administrator Location: Contract: Permanent
An exciting new vacancy has arisen within the HR team of my client, a leading provider in the food service industry. They seek an experienced HR professional, who will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR administrative support, and assisting with all aspects of the HR function.
While previous HR experience is preferred, prior experience in administration is essential.
Maintain multiple HR tracking spreadsheets, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
Provide support in employee relations meetings, including drafting invitation letters and taking minutes.
Assist with the upkeep of the HR Management Software (PAMS).
Assist with absence management, including care calls and communicating relevant information to line managers.
Minimum 1 year of HR administration experience.
Full UK driving licence.
Proficient in IT skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
