Position Summary:
The Inside Sales Associate (ISA) has the vital responsibility of serving customers on a day-to-day basis in person, over the phone as well as by email and text.
The ISA uses sales, customer service, and administrative skills to create value for the customer and the company.

Responsibilities:
* Partner with outside sales team to expand products and customer base.
* Collect market intelligence from customers regarding competitive situations, competitor pricing, market situations plus, and inform Branch Manager.
* Take inbound phone calls and emails from contractors and retail customers to process quotes and orders in a timely manner.
* Consult with clients/customers after sales to provide ongoing support.
* Prepare job order quotations based upon customer requests and information.
* Communicate by phone or email with customers from time of order to time of shipment.
Qualifications:
* High School graduate or equivalent work experience.
* 1-3 years of customer service / sales experience.
* Excellent phone and customer facing experience.
* Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
* Computer literate and proficiency in MS applications (EXCEL required).
