Rail Project - Contract until end of 2025
The Site Supervisor will support and assist the site management team in managing site activities, ensuring work is conducted safely and profitably to achieve the program's goals and deliver a quality product in accordance with company requirements and legislation.
This role aims to satisfy the client's expectations while maximising the financial return to the business.
The Site Supervisor will develop and maintain positive relationships, promoting and protecting our client's reputation while remaining customer-focused and aligned with company policies and values.
Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
* Assist with customer engagement at key stages of each project
* Ensure that the customer is considered at all stages of planning and delivering your project
* Ensure projects are delivered to a high quality and service and that projects and deliverables are closed out effectively and in a timely manner
* On-site customer feedback is sought at regular intervals. The feedback is to be generally positive in nature, with any areas of concern quickly addressed and improved in subsequent feedback
* Supplier feedback is sought and is generally positive in nature. Put in place action plans to improve areas identified as a weakness
* Engage with local communities to aspire to create a positive impact through our projects
* Deliver a quality product in accordance with customer requirements
Requirements/Qualifications:
* Minimum SSSTS competent (preferably SMSTS or working towards SMSTS)
* CSCS card and other identified training
* Has worked on a broad section of disciplines such as groundworks, RC structures, steelwork, building
