Job Duties:
* Deliver engaging and informative lessons to students in the absence of the regular teacher
* Follow the school's curriculum and lesson plans
* Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
* Provide feedback to regular teachers on student progress
* Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions as required
Required Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt to different teaching environments
* Strong classroom management skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Previous experience in teaching or working with children is preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
* Thorough understanding of the national curriculum
* Ability to engage and motivate students
* Good organisational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
* Experience in a variety of educational settings
Working Conditions:
Work in different schools on a day-to-day basis, potentially covering multiple subjects and age groups. May require travel within the East of England region.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
