Role Overview:As a Partnership Leader, you will:
* Inspire and Lead: Guide a team of partnership managers to achieve targets and create top-notch airport experiences.
* Drive Strategic Partnerships: Use your deep understanding of the airport ecosystem to forge new revenue streams and secure competitive commercial terms.
* Collaborate Across Teams: Work with various internal teams to deliver strategy and achieve business goals.
* Strategic Planning: Develop and align strategic plans with market trends.
* Commercial Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners.
* New Business Development: Prospect, negotiate, and win new partnerships.
* Analyze and Report: Track partnership performance and provide insights to drive growth.
* Content Management: Ensure partnership content is accurate and efficiently managed.
* Marketing Collaboration: Maximize partner exposure through strategic marketing plans.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Understanding of Airport Ecosystem: Essential for this role.
* Experience: Commercial Account & Contract Management in relevant travel sectors, including but not limited to Airlines and Airports.
* Analytical: Highly numerate with strong analytical skills.
* Networker: Excellent communicator, comfortable working across departments.
* Salesforce: Experience with Salesforce is a plus; willingness to develop expertise is essential.
* Leadership: Proactive, collaborative leader with a passion for driving business success.
