Van Driver / Production Operative – DAYS
Location: Kirkby in Ashfield
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour
We are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated Van Driver / Production Operative for a role based in Kirkby in Ashfield. This is an ongoing, full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Van Driving Duties: Transport goods, materials, and products between locations in a company van, ensuring timely and safe deliveries.
• Operating woodworking machinery and assisting in all aspects of manufacturing.
• Using air, power, and hand tools.
• Performing manual lifting and other general production duties as required.
• Ensuring vehicle maintenance and cleanliness.
Requirements:
• Full UK driving licence (with no more than 6 points).
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to lift heavy items and carry out physical tasks.
• Good time-management and organisational skills for managing both driving and production responsibilities.
