Sanctuary Personnel is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Deputy Head of Department for Digital to join our client based in Salford. We are seeking an experienced and passionate educator to join our Computing and IT team. The successful candidate will play a key role in curriculum development and delivery, ensuring the highest quality standards across our digital curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead curriculum development and monitor KPIs to ensure excellence in teaching and learning.
* Teach within the Computing and IT department, with a strong focus on Programming and Maths for Computing.
* Promote high-quality standards across the digital curriculum.
* Contribute to exam preparation, ensuring students achieve success.

Requirements of the Deputy Head of Department for Digital:
* Strong working knowledge of vocational and T-Level qualifications.
* Experience teaching BTEC, OCR Nationals, or similar qualifications.
* Excellent understanding of Computer Science and its subfields.
* Prior industry experience and a solid professional network (desirable).
* Experience as a moderator or Standards Verifier (SV) is a plus.
