As a Customer Service Agent, you will manage the needs of customers, colleagues, and managers to ensure our vehicles are in the right place at the right time.
Responsibilities:
You will be the first point of contact for customers, confidently delivering great service with a smile. Your tasks will include:
1. Sourcing vehicles to fulfill bookings
2. Resolving customer rental queries
3. Administering customer accounts
4. Overseeing daily vehicle movements in and out of the branch
No previous industry or vehicle rental experience is required, but you will need customer service know-how, administration skills, and a calm, ‘can-do’ attitude. A Full UK or EU Driving Licence is also necessary.
