We have an exciting opportunity for a Tenancy Management Officer to cover areas in and around Chester & Cheshire West.
What will my working week look like?
Living locally in or around Chester and Cheshire West, you will travel around your designated area with the flexibility to manage your diary around customer visits and stakeholder meetings.
You will also be required to visit our Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington (WA3 7QH), for meetings and training as needed.
What will I be responsible for?
You will work independently, leading the delivery of a first-class, customer-focused tenancy management service.
This role offers flexibility to manage your own schedule, choose a suitable working location, and influence the look and feel of our estates and neighborhoods.
What makes a successful candidate?
* Knowledge of social housing legal and regulatory frameworks and property/tenancy management
* Understanding of safeguarding adults and children
* Knowledge of Housing Management and related services
