What will you be doing?
1. You will be communicating with customers, suppliers, engineers and visitors
2. Coordinating the engineers schedules
3. Managing job completion e.g. from raising job numbers through to invoicing
4. Updating customer databases
5. Liaising with stores to obtain prices for parts
Where will you be doing it?
Our client is a privately owned company that has worked in the industry for over 25 years. They specialise in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Electrical/Mechanical Services, providing installation, service and spares.
What you'll need:
1. Experience working within a similar coordinator role
2. Exceptional organisational skills
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office
4. Customer service experience
