Nure Beauty is a new to market, online seller of natural, organic, waterless non-surgical skincare, we like to call it ‘natures medicine cabinet’. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to be part of something dynamic, work with individuals who are passionate about what they do & create a national brand. Our range of high performance, mid-priced skin care includes face, lip, body & hair care with unique selling features to really set us apart in a crowded market. We are looking for someone to help manage our Shopify Web Platform, drive sales online and web traffic by building & creating our online presence using social media – Instagram, Tik Tok etc, alongside marketing campaigns such as Google Ad words.
Main purpose of role
As the Marketing and Social Media Coordinator, this is a great career opportunity to develop your skills and career - you will be an integral part of our team. You will work closely with the owners and external agencies on marketing initiatives, brand development, while also managing & creating social media posts and presence for the business. This is perfect for someone who is creative, adaptable, and able to think on their feet, flexible hours to suit and could lead to a full-time role for the right person.
Key areas of responsibility
Social Media
1. Create, edit, and publish engaging social media content across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), with a focus on promoting products, content, and value-added information for our customers.
2. Ensure brand consistency and maintain the company’s tone of voice across all social media channels.
Marketing
1. Have a good working knowledge of our Web platform – Shopify.
2. Develop, manage, and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives.
3. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, social media performance and website content to ensure alignment with business goals.
4. Liaise with our external marketing providers for content assets, and marketing collateral needed.
5. Support sales planning, assisting with the creation of content materials and post-campaign reporting.
6. Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Person specification
1. Strong writing skills to be able to produce wording for social media and marketing campaigns.
2. An understanding of how to get the best out of social media by delivering engaging and interactive content and through the building of digital relationships.
3. The ability to self-create marketing/social media collateral/posts.
4. Strong knowledge of social media platforms.
5. Prior knowledge of Shopify web platform.
6. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
7. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Good analytical skills to assess and optimise paid advertising campaigns.
9. High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Planning, creating, and posting compelling social media content that drives engagement and drives sales from our website.
* Leveraging trends and insights to create standout campaigns on organic social media platforms.
* Liaising with influencers & brand ambassadors for collaborative content.
* Working with the wider marketing team to align social media strategies with overall goals.
* Carry out Google AdWords campaigns.
* Monitoring performance metrics and adapting content strategies for maximum impact.
* Keep our website looking fresh and engaging.
