Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Assembly Scheduler, based in Peterhead.
Main Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards, and work instructions.
2. Schedule work orders for all nozzle assembly departments.
3. Review and manage ‘catch up’ stock levels.
4. Manage component shortages for ‘in process failure’/ material disposition report’ nozzles and reflect status in D365.
5. Assist in departmental capacity restraints/prioritisation, reporting issues and resolutions.
6. Highlight component shortages and deliveries for production.
7. Expediting of urgent jobs.
8. Any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

1. Responsible for general housekeeping within the department and surrounding areas.
2. Work within the company’s policies, procedures, operating standards, and work instructions.
3. Maintain a safe working environment to avoid risks to self and others.

1. Ensure VITAL profile is complete and up to date.
2. Communicate effectively and positively with others and be flexible to change.
3. Have a positive approach to continual improvement and development.
