Customer Service Agent Job Type: Temporary Location: Clapham Salary: £14-£17 pounds an hour We are seeking a temporary Customer Service Agent to support our client during a busy period over the next few weeks. This role involves working closely with the in-house customer service lead, primarily using Zendesk to manage and respond to customer inquiries. Day-to-day of the role: Collaborate with the customer service lead to manage and respond to customer tickets efficiently. Utilise Zendesk and predefined Macros to handle customer inquiries and issues. Assist in troubleshooting order-related issues using Shopify and Warehouse Management Systems. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment to manage a high volume of tickets. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in customer service, ideally in an e-commerce environment. Proficiency in using Zendesk, Shopify, and Warehouse Management Systems. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex customer inquiries. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
