This role requires a high-performing individual with a strong track record in securing business overseas. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing export sales strategies, building dealer networks, and expanding market share. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in designated export markets and Build and manage a dealer network as the primary route to market. Support dealer partners in winning new business and agree on sales targets. Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales growth. Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and risks. Lead high-value negotiations and manage contracts to secure beneficial agreements. Represent the company at global trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to generate leads and enhance brand recognition. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, applications, and after-sales support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in export sales of capital equipment and in the environmental or heavy equipment industry. Degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Proven track record in driving sales growth and managing international distribution networks. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Knowledge of export regulations, trade compliance, and logistics. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office. Willingness to travel extensively to support international sales activities. Experience working with North American markets. Ability to work independently and strategically, managing multiple priorities. Experience preparing sales proposals and contracts.
