The Finance Manager role will support the Group Financial Controller in managing the monthly financial processes of Robertson Group Limited and Robertson Group Holdings Limited. This role will provide valuable working experience across the wider Robertson business, financial reporting and business processes. The Finance Manager will work closely with the senior finance team and liaise with external audit, tax consultants and external funders. What you'll do:
* Responsibility for monthly financial reporting of Robertson Group Limited & Robertson Group Holdings Limited.
* A key figure in the group annual external audit and preparation of statutory accounts.
* Cashflow Management including consolidation and reporting of Group's weekly cash flow forecasting.
* Ensure robust internal financial processes and a strong control framework across the group companies.
* Support the preparation of the Group budget.
* Group treasury management.
* Manage the day-to-day transactional activity of the group finance function.
* Tax - Ensure compliance with all tax legislation including Corporate Tax, VAT and P11D, PSA etc.
* Insurance, rebate and recharge financial management.
* Modelling and commercial support for Robertson Property Limited.

You'll be a qualified chartered accountant, ideally having worked in a similar organisation and group environment. You'll have the ability to manage, lead and motivate a team, along with the ability to work on your own initiative and demonstrate a methodical approach is a must and the right candidate will be able to identify and implement process improvements, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be computer literate and numerate.
