Ppart-time 0.6 FTE, fixed term to 31 March 2026 Salary on appointment will be £37,999 per annum (pro rata), with an annual increment up to £45,163 per annum (pro rata) We are excited to offer this opportunity as a Senior Research Associate to help lead and support an applied research programme in mental health at the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) Applied Research Collaboration East of England (ARC EoE), based at University of East Anglia. The post has become available due to a new award from the NIHR Mental Health Research Initiative to the NIHR ARC East of England. You will play an integral role in helping us build capacity in applied mental health research in the region, and have an opportunity to develop your leadership skills through partnership working with our diverse range of stakeholders. You will join a passionate group of multidisciplinary researchers within the ARC who conduct applied research, research training, and research translation across the East of England and nationally with our extensive network of collaborators. The role is based with the Mental Health Over the Life Course theme, and will provide the opportunity to work with colleagues across our other Themes and other partner universities (Hertfordshire, Cambridge, Essex). You will be an applied health researcher with a postgraduate research degree and track record in research delivery and dissemination. This role is suitable for a range of research backgrounds including psychology, allied health, nursing, social sciences, and public health. There may be some travel within the UK required. This post is available immediately on a part-time (0.6 FTE), fixed term basis until 31 March 2026.
