Job Description We have an opportunity for an experienced Reward Professional with benefit and recognition experience to cover a parental leave role for approximately 12-14 months. The Global Benefits Manager role sits within the Reward team and reports into the Global Benefits Director. In this role you will be responsible for partnering with HR professionals and our Global Benefits broker to support with employee benefit programs. You will also play a key role on the Global Recognition project implementation over the upcoming 12-month period. The key responsibilities of this role include: Support the Global Benefits Director with the Global Benefits Project deliverables. Oversee the Global Recognition project plan and engage with internal stakeholders and our preferred vendor. Build relationships with regional and country-based HR professionals to gain an understanding of their local benefit requirements in collaboration with our Global Benefits broker. Maintain our vendor management contract tracking database. Liaise with legal, compliance and data privacy teams on local agreements as required. Develop and enhance your knowledge of benefits vendor products, market trends and best practice in benefit programs. The ideal candidate will have the following knowledge, experience, and qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. Reward and/or Employee Benefits experience within a global matrix organisation. Strong project management skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders. Strong planning and organising skills with the ability to work autonomously. Good interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Intermediate skills in Microsoft suite programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint programs.
