Job Title: MEP Revit Technician

A leading Mechanical and Electrical Engineering company based in Liverpool are looking for a MEP Technician to join their growing team.
The company have over 35 years of experience delivering M&E designs across a diverse range of projects spanning from small bespoke schemes to large-scale, multi-million-pound developments, across both private and public sectors. They collaborate on projects in healthcare, education, and commercial markets.
Role Overview
**We are looking for an experienced Revit MEP Technician however will also consider applications from experienced AutoCAD users who are eager to transition to Revit.**
Reporting to the BIM Director, you will create 2D & 3D MEP models and produce Stage 3, 4, and 5 drawings following company and client standards, BIM Execution Plans, and project requirements.
By joining the team, you'll also become part of our specialist BIM outsourcing business, which excels in Stage 5 modelling for some of the UK's top MEP contractors.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle complex drafting assignments with minimal supervision from senior team members.
* Develop 3D models and working drawings for MEP systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and containment, based on engineer sketches or client descriptions.
* Review your drawings for accuracy and completeness.
* Maintain, revise, and update project drawings as required.
* Collaborate with other teams to gather reference information.
* Ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.
* Attend project meetings and BIM coordination workshops, representing the company.

Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience using Revit within the building services sector, working for either an M&E consultancy or subcontractor.
You should be approachable, self-motivated, and enthusiastic, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
You should also have the ability to meet deadlines while working independently and contributing to team goals.

Qualifications
* ONC/HNC in a relevant engineering discipline.
* Revit Training certification or demonstrable experience in a similar role.
