Location: Group Fleet, Gateshead Hours: 40; Monday – Friday 09:00-17:30 (2 days in the office and 3 WFH) Salary: £24,150 plus up to £1,000 in bonus We are happy to announce due to a team expansion we have a Sales Support Advisor role available based at our Group Fleet office in Gateshead, this is a Hybrid working role. This is an interesting and varied role; you will report into Jenna our Group Fleet Team Leader and work alongside a team of 12 Sales Support Advisors in providing a professional and efficient service to Group Fleet customers. To support in the management and ordering of vehicles for customers To use the internal fleet management system and comply with the laid down procedures when processing and managing customer orders To ensure all customer records/databases are complete and up to date To deal with internal and external queries in a pro-active and professional manner To ensure the highest level of customer service is provided to Group Fleet customers We would also like you to be confident, organised and brilliant at communicating The ideal candidate will be IT literate and confident using computer databases.
